When an order is placed, there is a pre-authorization hold that will appear as a pending transaction on your account. It can take 3-5 business days for the refund to process depending on the financial institution’s policy. Build-Your-Own Pizza Bowls are customizable so this product can be made with toppings that do not include gluten but it is prepared in our kitchen where gluten is present. For this reason, we cannot ensure its safety for those with Celiac disease or severe gluten allergies. A note about our toppings: Meatballs, steak, romesan, and roma seasonings contain wheat and should not be ordered by gluten-sensitive customers.

Due to the sugar content in the pizza sauce, Pizza Bowls do not fall into the standard Keto Diet. Customers can choose to order a Build-Your-Own Pizza Bowl without the sauce to have a more Keto-friendly Pizza Bowl experience
