Food is great but delivery is bad. It took 30 minutes to get our food after we received notification that our order had left. (It's a 5 min drive from our house). The driver handed me luke warm subs which I had to heat up before we could eat it. Food great but they need to hire more drivers!!

I placed an order for a pizza online for the Commander Shepherd location, but for some reason it went to this George Washington location, which is 20 minutes from my home. I drove all the way there for the location doors to be locked, and a female worker looking at me knock on the door, and ignoring me, although on Google it said the store was still open. My order number is 152, and I’d like a refund of my order that wasn’t received.
*Update*
I reached out to the Manager this morning, and he remedied the issue without any problems. So for him alone, I am changing my initial one star review, to four stars.

I order pizza here quite often just because it's not far from my location. While there are many different options, I normally just get the original size crust. To me it's s just an average Pizza, but I'm spoiled from New York Pizza. I do have to say for a topping, meatball is the best anywhere around here. They actually use good chunks of seasoned meatball instead of slices.

First let me say that the pizza is delicious. Great crust, sauce and cheese, customized to your preferences. The crust and the sauce taste fresh and homemade and the pizza has the look and taste of quality ingredients . I ordered a large thin crust Deluxe with added banana peppers....I ate the entire pizza.
The pizzeria was very clean and design reminded me of a white tiled Italian kitchen. During my visit there was only one employee and his customer service, while making pizza and answering the phone, was amazingly friendly and courteous.
