**Exceptional Service and Quality - Eva Made All the Difference!**
I cannot say enough good things about the Marco’s Pizza location here in Charlottesville, especially manager Eva who went absolutely above and beyond! We needed 20 pizza pies for an event with very little advance notice, and Eva and her team made it happen without hesitation. Not only did she accommodate our large last-minute order, but she ensured everything was ready in a timely manner that worked perfectly for our schedule.
Eva’s customer service was truly outstanding. She was incredibly nice and went out of her way to be hospitable and accommodating to our specific needs. Her genuine care and professionalism really shone through, especially when dealing with such a challenging request. It’s managers like Eva who make all the difference in creating a positive customer experience.
The pizzas themselves were absolutely fantastic - fresh, hot, and bursting with flavor! Every single pie was delicious and our entire group was raving about how great they tasted. You can really tell Marco’s uses quality ingredients and takes pride in their craft. Eva and the Marco’s team really saved the day for our event, and we’ll definitely be coming back for future catering needs. If you’re planning any large orders or events, ask for Eva - she’s fantastic!

It was our first time trying Marco's pizza and we got 2 pizzas and a calzone. The only reason I have a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because I requested no mushrooms in the calzone and when we got it, it was loaded with mushrooms. Other than that, the food was great. Will definitely go back again

The pepperoni pizza was really good! I added mushrooms, which were super fresh and nice portions. I like the garlic crust, unique and tasty. The chicken wings are definitely better than Dominos which have got way too fatty nowadays. Highly recommend!!!

Probably the best commercially made pizza that I've had in a very long time. When you ask for extra toppings, you get extra toppings. I am a hard person to impress. When it comes to Pizza. I was impressed. They gave me a 45-minute delivery time. I had my food in about 25 minutes. They use Old world pepperonis. That means the pepperonis cup up. When they cook. They get crispy. Definitely if you're in the area, try this pizza joint.

Takeaway Experience:
Food was excellent! The pizza bowls... Ahh-mazing & pepperoni pizza was delicious! For those curious, the family sized salad easily feeds 3-4 as a side, or 1-2 as an entree. Food arrived quick, hot and was packaged perfectly.
Driver was super nice!
Overall, great experience, and will order from again.
