Food is always delicious but please tell me why I was waiting for THIRTY MINUTES IN AN EMPTY LOBBY. Wasn’t a large order or anything either, one large pizza and cheesy bread Dosent take half an hour to make holy hell

We got to the restaurant 10 minutes before closure and the doors were already locked. The employees were inside and didn’t seem to care.
UPDATE: I was contacted by the store, they apologized and even gave me some store credit for the inconvenience, I know my first experience wasn’t the best, but I deeply appreciate when business know how to make it up for customers. Highly recommended.

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had with Tom and Christopher being 10/10 employees whenever I come in. They’re always very patient and make me the best pizzas when I don’t know what I want. 10/10, do recommend. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

The atmosphere and service were phenomenal. The pizza could have been better. It’s possible it was a unique situation but the crust was pretty burnt. There was a large bubble covering a couple of the slices and pulling the bubble away revealed that burnt crust with nothing in between. If the pizza wasn’t burnt I’m sure it would have been much better as the toppings were good.
