I’m not feeling well so I ended up ordering pizza on a rainy day. The store was backed up with deliveries bc of the rain. I got a notice from door dash that my order was being picked up but I ordered directly from Marco’s. I called the store to see what was going on and Michael explained everything to me as why DoorDash had to be used to help the store get deliveries out on time. That’s cool, no worries. I was told my order was fresh and being sent out the door. Later I was given a call back and asked if I received my order. I hadn’t. Another door dasher came to pick up my order that was already sent out so obviously something went wrong with the 1st DD driver. Michael apologized and told me that he was remaking my order and having the store driver bring it for me. I really appreciate the communication and customer service that I was provided. What happened to my order was not Marcos fault at all and Michael made it right anyway. Manager Michael is so professional and cares about his customers!!! Im grateful and appreciative especially since I was unable to cook today, the weather is bad, and I have my hungry kiddo acting like he hasn’t eaten in three days. Michael did his best to make sure I was taken care of. He’s the best! Thank you very much.

I normally have absolutely no problem with this place in factory of come to love their pizza. I got a delivery last night and it looked like the delivery driver was in a rollover accident. All the cheese and toppings were on one side of the pizza mashed up against the wall of the box some of the slices had no cheese on it whatsoever. I literally live a half a mile away and do not know what happened. I would call the store, but no one’s answering.

I've been ordering from here for a few years now and noticed the service is going downhill. Once they forgot to make my order and more recently, they made the wrong pizza. It used to be great, but not so much anymore.

Daryl was very polite and helpful navigating the menu since its been awhile since Ive been to marcos which was appreciated. The food was fantastic, and I was out the door 11 minutes after placing the order.
10/10 would recommend

My food was good, had to wait a little longer than the quoted time but it was okay because the worker was alone at first. I did want to point out that another employee came in, clocked in and asked if we needed help BUT after that we went straight to making the food. He didn’t wash his hands or have any gloves on after just coming into work. I won’t say his name in this review. Please talk to the employees about the importance of hand washing.

Consistently great product, never had a bad Pizza here. They set themselves apart from other restaurants on 1464 with their warm smiles and atmosphere. Also, they offer affordable options for someone on a budget. Lots of great memories from Marco’s.

The only reason I give this review is today I go in to get a pizza. A female walks in through the back screaming hey nobody didn’t say hi to me and then walks to the front with her hair Luz putting it in a ponytail right in front of the register. I watched her to see if she would wash her hands. She didn’t. She then continued on to talk to the other employees in the back, making pizzas leaning on them still playing with her hair.. The only reason I still took my pizzas is because my pizzas were already in a box. Very unsanitary and unprofessional. As for the gentleman to help me very nice very attentive his service was excellent.

I have been buying pizza for a few years now and I can confidently say that they have always made the pizza 100% fresh and the pizza has been delicious 100% of the time! I usually buy for my kids, but once time when I bought a meat lovers pizza for myself, it was pure joy- very satisfying! Anyway, I just wanted to take a few moments to express my gratitude that we have a Marco's Pizza close to our home that gives great service with delicious pizza. Oh and the wings are awesome also!!!
