We just moved to the area and are really big fans of a non-fast food pizza place close by but when dinner was an unexpected flop, Marcos came to the rescue in a timely manner! I was so unexpectedly surprised by how much we enjoyed their new XXL NY style pizza. I ordered from my driveway, loaded my toddler and went just a few minutes down the road and the pizza was brought out to my car only a few minutes later. So convenient, cheaper than what I’ve paid for “fast food” pizza in the past and the worker that brought it out to me was so kind! We will probably order more regularly from them :)

Editing to add that we’ve continued to consistently order pizza with them (life of a mom with 3 littles) and their customer service has always gone above & beyond! We really appreciate how they value their customers! Great pizza + great service - they make it easy to support them!

My wife and I were visiting the area and decided we'd try Marco's. Though they have locations near where we live (Fort Worth), we're leery of chain pizza (we're both originally from Chicago and very picky about pizza), so we regarded it as an experiment.
This one paid off! We really liked the thin crust; nice and crispy, but not cracker-y. Sauce, cheese, and sausage were very good. Sausage was especially good, and not greasy at all.
Cinnamon bread was very tasty. Cheese sticks were...well, I've had better, to be honest.
The real star was the service. We ordered at the counter, and took forever to make up our minds, but Andrea never appeared impatient or frustrated with our unfamiliarity and indecision.
In fact, she even told us of upcoming specials. I thought, "After we've been so annoying, we'd be welcome to come back? Wow!"
Before I became disabled, I taught leadership and customer service, and this would be an excellent teaching example. Be sure to let her know.
Service like this builds brand loyalty. I don't know when we'll be back in Montgomery, but until then, we'll definitely visit the Marco's near us.
