I love Marco's but recently had an experience I can't ignore. I'm a regular for years and don't check my order before leaving because they're always on point...until last night.
Whoever the cook was frm 6:30-7:30 pm played in my face. I paid $3 for extra cheese on my meat lover's puzza but barely had any cheese at all. I didn't notice until I got home and was utterly disappointed. I know Marco's has higher standards than what's in these pics. Pls show this to the cook on duty during the time above....and do better. Why would you present someone who asked AND PAID for extra cheese a pizza looking like this? Not appetizing at all.

The staff is always so friendly and it’s ALWAYS ready when they say it will be. One night I ordered 3 pizzas & meant to order a small cauliflower crust, but when I got there & was checking out realized ordered it as a large regular crust. I was having an AWFUL day, and it was of those small, inconsequential things that was about to be the one thing that put the day over edge lol. I told the kid I was fine, it was my fault, I’d wait for the new one, and to just add it to my transaction. He was said, “don’t worry about it! I’ll make it for you!” It was so sweet. I also picked up pizza on Halloween & they were crazy busy, but still so kind & my order was ready in 25 minutes. I can’t recommend them enough!

I order from here at least once a week sometimes twice for family movie and game day. My order is always hot and correct. However, today (Friday, September 22, 2023 at 6:30pm), I ordered my usual and found something in my pizza. I’m unsure what it looks like. I called for a cash refund even though we paid using a card and was told that it wouldn’t be a problem. I let them know that I was bringing the boxes of pizzas back as well. I get here only to be told “it’s a burnt olive” and “there is no way for us to refund you in cash because it would make us short on cash.” I’m still unsure how $23.01 in cash will make you that short. But, ok… Seeing that I was a loyal customer, I expected to be accommodated since this was my first issue and refund request. 🤦🏽♀️ I was able to find a picture of the card we used because my husband had already left for work with it. The GM, Don Starbarg, refunded the amount onto my card. I’m guessing it will take 3-5 days before it’s credited back. While I was there, I overheard another customer call in requesting a refund as well. Maybe it was a hectic day for them and the pizza quality was off.. Don and the shift lead (a black lady) were assisting with my issue. She gave me his name but refused twice to give me her name which seemed extremely odd to me. Especially, since despite their demeanor towards me, I feel our interaction was still calm and respectful. I even said it was to make sure I knew who to talk to if any issues with my refund. She still refused. It came off as unprofessional to me.
