I just ordered 2 extra large pizza from
650 College Park Rd, Ladson, SC 29456 and it was a great experience . First time in a long time since the last visited this store and it was not very good the service and food was not the best. I am glad you have got a manager that knows the importance of customer service . I just wanted you to give a shout out to Dillion a person that actually is turning that store around and he knows how to treat his customers .

Love their cheezybread. I use a paper towel to soak up some grease. Garden pizza was ok. I will order something else next time. Liked the bbq pizza, (it wasn't spicy), cheese and pepperoni pizza, we had at other times. BBQ boneless chicken wings were too spicy.

Marco’s Pizza was okay overall — not bad, but not great either. The ordering process was easy and the staff was friendly enough, which I appreciated. The pizza came out on time and the box was still nice and hot when I picked it up.
The food itself was a mixed experience. The crust had a good texture and the toppings were fresh, but the flavor just didn’t stand out the way I expected. It wasn’t bad, just a little on the bland side. The cheese bread was probably the best part — warm, cheesy, and cooked well — but the pizza could’ve used a bit more seasoning or sauce to really bring it together.
Service was fine, but nothing memorable. Everything got done, but it didn’t feel particularly attentive or enthusiastic.
Overall, Marco’s is decent for a quick, convenient pizza night, but it’s not a place I’d go out of my way for. I’d try it again, but I’m not rushing back.

I have not been here in a while so I decided to try it again. When I went to get my pizza, there was a young man, Dylan, who welcomed me into Marco's. He asked me how my day was and he was very a upbeat person with a great attitude. Something you don't find very much anymore. My pizza was exactly how I ordered it. I don't normally wirte reviews, but I wanted to acknowledge Dylan and let him know he made my day with a few kind words. I wish you well with becoming the new manager.

We have picked up pizza from this Marco's a few times. We are always greeted politely and served quickly. The food is always top notch and has been terrific. The manager has called me ahead of the pickup to inform me of any issues if I order on line. My wife particularity enjoys the old world cup style pepperoni. On the last order we did, I surprised her with a custom made pizza. The lady who took my order was great, the staff took the request seriously and even asked permission to decorate the inside of the box for her. The lady, Lyla?, who took my mid-afternoon order was there later that night and made sure it was taken care of. They went above expectations, and really made it a great surprise for my wife. And this has to be said, this was all done the night before Thanksgiving, which is notoriously one of the absolute busiest nights for pizza places. Thanks Marcos Staff, we will continue to keep faithfully ordering on the regular.

The crew working tonight 3/11/24 @ 6:45pm (ordered delivery) DID THAT!! 🎯 Best pizzas ever! And our delivery guy was superrr nice and very fast, literally here in 30 min! Fresh, fast, hot, perfect!! 🔥 And if you have an online account alot of great coupons, we actually ordered more food than planned because the coupons were a helllll yessss!! 😋 Very happy, full, satisfied and just want to eat more, sooo good!!
