I love Marco's. The staff here are always nice. The food is good. The biggest issue we have is the online ordering. Go to the main Marco's website but cannot locate the Troy store via zip code or city. Try and order a deal on the website once you find the right store via Google, and there are issues with the promo. This has happened several times to us. We were going to order the 6.99 deal tonight, but the website wouldn't apply the deal. Store says it is an online only promo. So we ordered elsewhere. What a shame - if only they would fix the website or honor online promos in store. We will have to get our cheesy bread fix next time they have a promo we like that doesn't require online ordering.

Store is always clean and welcoming. Employees have been friendly and professional every time we have ordered from the Troy, Ohio Marco’s pizza! We usually order online for in store pick up and every time our order has been correct, hot, and ready on time! Our go-to pizza place!

The food's decent depending on who makes it. Honestly, there's a few ladies that work in there that really skimp on toppings and when they make the calzones they make them the size of your hand when they should be a lot bigger than that
