I called in my usual “garden pizza” order and mentioned that my last pizza was missing feta cheese. I chose not to complain at the time and just accepted it. I told them so they would be sure to add it this time. I explained politely. However, they still left out the feta again. When I called to address this, the manager acted as if I didn’t know what feta cheese was and I didn’t even get an apology. I gave them the chance to make it right, instead they made me feel to blame. Never again!

We ordered two pizzas , pepperoni bread.
Was told pepperoni bread had two pizzas sauce that came with it . ( We have five kids )
My husband gets home with pizza and bread , we only have one dipping sauce the size you would use on a single serving . Bread would have been better with sauce . Marcos employee even said it came with two .

I ordered a pizza sub. All I wanted was pepperoni, ham and pineapple. They added mushrooms that I hate. I called and they argued with me that mushrooms came with it. I specifically said what I wanted but they insisted I was wrong. I told him I order same sub Everytime but he said it always came with mushrooms when it never did. I won't order from here again.

Super good pizza and seems to be consistent....coupon codes won't work online sometimes but employees fix it! Thank you for the good customer service, something has changed since a year ago imo...love it!
