Messed up my order on 4 separate occasions. Apparently it is not easy for them to read basic English because I have to read the receipts to them for a remake. DIABOLICAL

Even though i had to wait because they had to re make my pizza, no complaints here. Gifted me my an extra pizza and cheese bread for free. Pizza was really good too. Sometimes these places get busy and in a rush, have to cut them some slack and appreciate the service.

I have to say that Deja saved the evening. I ordered a pizza @ 4:15pm to be picked up at 5:40pm. Got there at 5:43pm and went into the drive thru. I paid and it wasn’t ready… okay! I went around again and waited. Then she said it still wasn’t ready, so I asked how long she stated “maybe another 10 min.” I’m like ok… so when I came back AGAIN it still wasn’t ready… so I asked her if she could find out what’s wrong. She said she didn’t know but they just put my pizza in 3 mins ago (5:58pm) so 15 mins after I got there, so why order early on the app?? So DEJA came up, I explained what was happening since now it’s after 6pm.. she jumped into action and got my pizza ready and even added a dessert for the troubles, people like her are the reason customers keep coming back. Thank you Deja for being a team leader!!

This is my first time ever coming to Marco's Pizza. They had the normal selection for a pizza place but nothing as far as for one individual to me. I opted out of getting a pizza for the wings. I got the 10 piece Wing box, it came up to almost $12. After paying for my food I noticed a sign tank to the counter listing the lunch specials which I was there for lunch and during the time of the special but I wasn't told about the offer. It was $9.99 with a drink, I paid almost $12 for the wings alone. I got the plain wings with ranch on the side, the wings were just that, very plain no seasoning to the wings at all though they were fried right not overdone or raw. But again no flavor whatsoever when I mentioned the special to the young lady she said oh I forgot and offered me a drink but I still end up paying a lot more than I would have for the special. Not sure how the pizza is and not sure if I'll be back but the wings are okay.
