Edit: I came back and the customer experience was amazing. I missed the owner but EJ did her best on making everything right. I got the small pizza and 6 piece boneless wings I have been craving. This experience made me more comfortable coming back. My family loves this pizza place over the rest. The pizza is just so good. Nini welcomed me and made the food her best along with EJ. Anyone would be lucky to have these two welcome them in as soon as they walk in:). Thank you for your great service.

I have been to Marcos before and loved their Pizza...but unfortunately this is not about that. My husband and I were recently sideswiped by one of their delivery drivers that for some reason decided to try and go around us even though we were turning right. We had just come around a left turn lane and put on our blinker to make a right at a parking lot. The delivery driver at first did not stop. When he did, he blamed us for not using our signal. Even if we had been going straight why go around us on a one lane road with curbs? Come to find out he did not have insurance and is a delivery driver. Called the location today and the supervisor seemed unbothered. And from what she said he didn't even bother to tell her about the incident. Marcos needs to do better when hiring/screening for delivery drivers.

Move Marcos to the top of the pizza list Liberty! The pizza is amazing, it’s quick, and the team there is awesome. The owner is a great guy and you can tell he cares a lot. My daughter says, “THEY ARE JUST SOO GOOOD!!”

DoorDash forgot two (maybe three 😅) of our pizzas, so we decided to just go into Marco’s to grab them instead of reordering. Genesia was working the front and was awesome. Super cool, kind, polite, and genuinely helpful the whole time.
Honestly, experiences like that are why people come back. If Genesia isn’t already a manager or assistant manager, she absolutely should be. I own a company with over 100 employees, and I can tell when someone just gets it.
Whoever’s running this place is doing something right 👏🍕 We’ll definitely be back to this Marco’s a lot more because of this experience.

Decided to try Marco's this year and happy we did! We've ordered delivery twice in the second half of the year. Both deliveries were on time, food was still hot and it tasted great! Great addition to Liberty!

Just ordered 2 pizzas and desert. Let's just say all the custom toppings i added on the pizza were placed with care and very well proportioned . Every bite had everything I had added onto the pizza. Sauce was great, toppings tasted fresh and crust was very good compared to other big pizza chains out there. It was perfection 👌! . Delivery was quick and the delivery guy was very professional and customer service oriented.

Ordered carry out and the food was ready when I got there and was delicious! The lady that helped me was prompt and friendly when greeting me and my daughter. This will be my new go-to pizza place in Liberty since the other pizza places around here leave a lot to be desired.

Ordered Marcos pizza on the app for carryout from my home. I live about 8 minutes from the store. When the order was placed, the landing page said it would be ready in 14-20 minutes. We waited about 5 minutes and headed over. The app would not track my order. Everytime i clicked on my orders, the app showed the order and when i clicked track, it said i dont own this order. I was unable to track the order. I did delete and re load the app prior to placing the order as my app seemed to be out of date and it would not let me update it without doing so. Our pizza was ready. We ordered a large Philly cheesesteak pizza, a large BYO with pepperoni and jalapeños and cheesy bread. The Philly pizza was ok the cheese sauce was very thin that it didn't seem "saucy" at all. The steak did not stand out. The mushrooms on the pizza looked and tasted like jarred or canned mushrooms. The cheesy bread was delicious! It was very flavorful and had the right amount of garlic. The pepperoni and jalapeños pizza had the right amount of sauce and tasted good. I enjoyed the flavor of the pepperoni. The crust is a nice yeast crust and tasted good. I was bummed they did not offer bbq sauce for a base on the BYO pizza as an option. I was also disappointed they don't have a drive up option like the Gladstone location.
