I got a call from the owner. He was very pleasant on the phone and offered cash back for my order. We agreed on a credit towards my next order. I'll try them again. The food is good. We really liked the steak sub.
I've only ordered delivery so I can not speak to atmosphere. They keep getting my orders wrong. The 1st time I was missing drinks. 2nd time now, I ordered an garlic butter and red pepper flakes. They charge $.75 for it and $0 for the red pepper flakes. I called both times. The 1st time they said they would put a credit on their books for the missing pops. But I always order online and the credit is not on my online account so I didn't get that credit. I called again today 3/13/26 over the missing garlic butter and again they put it on the books. Flawed system to say the least. Can't use online rewards or coupons when you call to place an order. Now I have these bread sticks and no dipping sauce for them. I wanted what I ordered. Not a promise to credit another order. Not sure I'll even try again.

Long time marcos customer here, and here is there new standard for a pizza. Crust is half the pizza and flat, hard crust. 4th pizza in a row thats been like this. Think im moving on for good. This is not there normal pizza and I don't complain to them often. And for them to make a this last pizza i got for free because of how big the crust is, is terrible

Pizza is always so good, and the bread. I’ve been ordering here for years. It’s a solid place to get pizza, it’s stayed consistent all these years. However, i did not give 5 stars because as of the last year every time I’ve ordered a salad, 9 times out of 10 it gets forgotten and delivery driver takes over 30+ minutes to go back to the store to get it. By then, my pizza is cold. That’s my only complaint. It’s happened so many times where it’s now becoming luck of the draw if we’re going to get it this time or not.

LOVE this pizza! We live in Wixom and it's one of our go-to places. It's refreshingly done right, flavorful ingredients, good sauce, and perfect bubbled crust. Thank you, MARCO'S for what you're doing there!!

I heard good things about Marco’s so I stopped in for lunch today. Unfortunately my chicken bacon ranch pizzoli was undercooked. I would have given it a 5 star because the flavors were there. The crust was perfectly crispy and the butter parm on the outside was great. I thought it was melted cheese at first but sadly it was undercooked dough. The staff was great and the place looked clean. I will give them another shot next time I’m in the area.

Marcos is literally one of my favorites! I love their pizza, I order my own specialty & they make it exactly how I want it to taste. They have Pretty good prices, and nice over the phone service lol I can't wait to order more Marcos!
