My husband and I just picked up pizzas from Marco’s Pizza in Brighton, and I felt like I had to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Zac.
This was, without question, some of the best customer service we have ever received. What made it even more impressive is that it didn’t just begin when we walked through the door to pick up our pizza—it started the moment he answered the phone. From the very first conversation, Zac was upbeat, happy, genuinely enthusiastic, and incredibly pleasant to talk to. By the time we arrived, that same positive energy continued in person. He greeted us with a smile, made us feel welcomed, and truly looked excited to help us.
In a world where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, Zac is a rare breed—a true diamond in the rough.
Employees like him don’t just represent a store well; they represent an entire company well. He deserves to be recognized, rewarded, and honestly considered for a leadership role. Give this man a raise! If he’s not already being developed into a manager, he absolutely should be. I’d even trust him to represent Marco’s Pizza at the district or state level.
People are quick to complain when service is bad, but I think it’s just as important to celebrate the people who go above and beyond. Zac made our entire experience better, and because of him, we’ll gladly keep coming back.
Thank you, Zac, for reminding us what exceptional customer service looks like. Marco’s Pizza is fortunate to have you.

Too bad we haven’t Ordered from Marco’s before! Ordered a pepperoni magnifico, and it was by far the best pizza we’ve had from any store in area!!!! That includes Jet’s, Little Caesar’s, Cottage Inn, and most of the other sit-down pizza places around. We’ll be back!!!😋

Placed a large order (wedding “snack”!) in advance for a Saturday night and was very pleased with everything. The manager made sure he had enough staff and product when I placed the order, the delivery was timely and the pizza delicious! Thank you!
