Haven’t been to Marco’s in years. Only went because of the Upside app which I’m new at and still trying to figure out. Got a medium pepperoni pizza and I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. There were different cuts of pepperoni, some were crispy bits and very tasty! The cinnamon things, not so much. I spent $25 which seemed high to me but Upside is supposed to credit me 26% so we’ll see if that happens. Got a $3 coupon for my next carry out pizza, so I’ll be back.

I will start by saying this is my favorite local location and I order pizza from here often.
This is the second time I had not received a cheese cup sauce that is clearly written on the online order. See example of receipt.
This is the second time this has happened so the review that should be a 5 is currently a 3. The last time I had caught this and corrected it he said cheese cup does not come with a pizza. This is when I asked him to read the receipt and he handed me the cheese cup.
The biggest negative here is you will be ignored after entering the Main Lobby for more than five minutes, when you have a hot and ready pizza sitting only ten feet away on the warming rack. Note there were three grown men in the kitchen standing so they could not be seen. It is like you are not there, even after ringing the tiny silver bell on the counter. The semi truck driver who asked if I had been helped is the only reason someone came and asked me what I needed this day. Thank you to that man as I had been waiting for about seven of more minutes. The pizza was sitting there the entire time.

Marcos has always been a favorite. Tried thus franchise. Family run, very friendly,accommodating, customer oriented service. Neat and clean, and the owner Tahir was very welcoming. There is seating space as well. Must visit!
