I pre ordered a pizza before they opened at 11am. I walked in paid for pizza and watched them throw it away. It wasn’t to there standards. They re made my pizza during them getting a $78 dollar order for another man. This was my first experience at any Marcos. The store mgr called me 4 hours later to chat and explain what happened. The store owner should be proud of the Caldwell store.

We always love ordering from Marco’s! The pizza is never a disappointment and the customer service is top notch. Because they get so busy, unfortunately they do need to use a 3rd party delivery service like DoorDash, which has horrible service. This has been the 2nd time ordering directly from Marcos’s pizza, but them having to use DoorDash as their delivery provider. DoorDash has not been able to fulfill either order. First order never showed. Second order was never picked up from a DoorDash driver. The first order, the manager was kind enough to make a drive to make a delivery. The most recent order, Julian and Owen, at the end of their night have decided to make our pizza happen. I truly appreciate the staff and culture Marco’s provides. We will definitely be ordering again because of the remarkable staff. Please give them a raise!

My husband always gets the Max Bet pizza here… aka he max bets every meat they have to put on a pizza. It’s MASSIVE and delicious too! They also have TERRIFIC salads- always fresh lettuce and ingredients in them. They’re always friendly, timely, and consistent on top of the great food! This is one of the only pizza places I can eat at and it not make me ill in any way shape or form.

My family and I had an issue with DD from another restaurant this evening, where our food was mistakenly left somewhere else, other than our front door.
It was getting late at this point so I decided to order pizza (since my entire family was so hungry after our original DD order didn’t arrive , (not from this restaurant )
I read the reviews and they were a bit mixed. But one consistent complaint was customers not receiving everything they ordered.
What I ordered:
Extra large Cheese Pizza
Medium Veggie Pizza
Buffalo Wings
1 side of Jalapeños (did not receive)
The DD delivery was fine, and completely on time.
When I opened the box of the cheese pizza, it looked a bit undercooked. The crust was extremely light in color, looked doughy and the bottom crust wasn’t done enough . My kids were hungry, so they just ate it.
The veggie pizza, I was able to order thin crust unlike the cheese pizza. However, the veggie pizza was extremely thin (the crust) and cut into squares, which I thought was odd.
At last, the Buffalo Wings, the Buffalo sauce was extremely watered down and had no flavor. There was more of the grease, rather than the sauce. The little bit of sauce that was actually on the wings was flavorless. I couldn’t tell what kind of sauce was on it other than the grease. The chicken already has enough grease with the skin on it, no need to make it overly greasy.
I ordered a side of jalapeños that I never received
So in closing, if you want people to pay their hard earned money, with the high cost of everything else you better make sure your food is worth it. You also should make sure that everything someone orders (especially using a third party like DD) is in the bag. Imagine how much money y’all make by charging for stuff that the customer never received!!!! (Total BS)
The pizza was just ok. Nothing special. I will not be ordering from here again.

WOW! as an ex NYer (been 50 yrs) not too many pizza places floor me..these guys nailed it..idk if it was brick oven or not but dang they hit it..toppings were plentiful as well as the quantity..for a fam of 6 (3 adults, 3 kids) we got a salad (which didnt get touched) also 2 lrg, plus 1 xlrg and we have plenty left..half of each! the youngest GG Little (2 yo) had seconds..what is really amazing to me is that it costs the same as what i spent at pizza hut (was a sm town with no options) and we didnt get near as much and certainly didnt get the quality! needless to say we found our new fav place!

Food was great. Got a basic pepperoni pizza and 6 pc buffalo wings. Yummy! We only got 5 wings instead of 6. I contacted the manager and she was SO sweet. Resolved the issue immediately. Will be back!

I came here in a few years ago. I see your guy's commercial here in Spokane, all the time. The pizza is good the only problem is you don't have any locations in Washington State. That would be great if Marcos came to Spokane. So I don't have to drive all the way down to Boise. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
