I went in to pick up an Uber Eats... and went back for the family. I had tried Marcos in Jacksonville and vowed to never eat it again. However, this place was SO busy that it peaked my interest. It was a bit salty for our taste but otherwise, delicious and worth it. Will definitely go again! The staff is so nice and on top of things...

First of all pizza and brownies were delish!! But The reason I am leaving this review is because of an employee named Tara.. Upon coming inside the facility, I realized I locked my keys in my car with the windows up and my dog inside the vehicle.. Immediately went into a panic didn’t have my cell phone on me or insurance card, and Tara immediately suggested calling the nonemergency 911.. She had an officer there within three minutes!! No questions asked she was so courteous, helpful understanding.. So far this year, with all the restaurants I visited the service at this facility was top-notch in my opinion!!

"Five stars isn't enough for this place! The pizza is consistently perfection, arriving hot with that ideal crust-to-topping ratio every single time.
But what really sets them apart is the staff—the team here is incredible, always friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to find a spot where the service is just as amazing as the food, but they nail it every visit. If you want great vibes and even better slices, this is the spot!"

My husband & I wanted to order food today, so we ordered wings and pizza from Marco's. The wings barely had any sauce... it quite honestly felt like I was eating naked wings 😭 the pizza was okay, but honestly I'm just really disappointed with the wings!

Did not know they do not offer curbside pick up. When I went to place my order at there website it lets you put in curbside information, so when I arrived I called them and told them I was outside, they said they don't come outside. As I was talking on the phone asking why not, the person on the phone hung up on me. I tipped 18%. I walked inside and requested my tip back. They said they couldn't refund my tip, but can cancel the whole order. I said ok cancel the whole order. A few suggestions for this location: Corporate has curbside on their webpage, Valdosta location has it on there webpage, need to follow corporate or update your webpage. Customer service, not polite to hang up on a customer who is sitting right outside waiting for curbside. That customer will walk in and ask to speak to your manager. Take out your fundraiser page and in store donation request for people to donate to your non-profit. No information on where proceeds go to for your non-profit. I like to tip and I like to donate, but not when service, assistance and information is poor. Please update your in and out drive way signs in your Valdosta location. Two vehicles came in through the out driveway when I came and left the premises. Thank you.

We booked the party room for my daughter’s first birthday and it was a great experience! It came with tables and chairs and was very spacious! They helped us set the tables up and the service was great! I highly recommend and would definitely book again!
