Good & BAD. The young girl I dealt with was very nice & helpful. She's a shorter & thin African American girl. When I arrived she explained my pizza was in the oven, she'd had to remake it because the guy who first made it had messed it up (he never showed his face while I was there). The girl who helped me was having to do everything by herself. The "guy" was nowhere to be seen, and the other girl there just stood in one spot & watched while the other girl rang me up and got my food ready!! But I'm glad she didn't do anything, her uniform and especially HANDS were filthy. Obviously had been handling the food with no gloves. And I can't help but notice every other review is the same as mine. Orders having to be remade (or made at all) AFTER you get there to pick it up. I wish I knew the smaller girl's name, she was doing everything she could, and was very nice & polite. While the others did nothing. But after seeing the other girls hands & reading the other reviews, I've decided NOT to order from there tonight. The food was very good, and I want to give them another shot. But I'll go in to place my order & wait... It's sad, but after my experience & reading so many other's having the exact same issues in the reviews, I'll need to see my food being made before I trust them with a phone or internet order again.

I originally placed an order for delivery but I got a call from Raphael (Rafael?) that they didn’t have any delivery drivers today and if I wanted to switch it to pickup. It’s close so I had no problem picking it up. When we went to pick it up we found this kid working the entire store by himself, answering phones, making pizzas, greeting customers. He didn’t have a bad attitude and was patient and calm with a great positive attitude. Our food came out better than it ever has before when ordering here and it was just him working there. I don’t know how much they pay him, but it’s not enough. That type of work ethic is not around these days and when others would have just quit or let the rude customers beat them down, he didn’t.

My first time trying Marco's pizza. I did an online order for carry out. Easy process which was convenient. I scheduled my carryout time and it was ready right on time. Pizza was nice and hot. I didn't really care for the taste of the pizza but the kids liked it so that helps with my review. Not sure I'll order again but it was nice to try something new.

I drive a few extra miles to this location for carryout because the staff is friendly. The pizza is always hot and very tasty.
