Marcos pizza is the best all around. But I can not ignore how great this location is. The customer service is outstanding, its clean, no super long wait, and the pizza was great of course! There is a young man by the name of Kayson who took my order and he was so professional and helpful. I love seeing young people with good work ethics and professionalism. I will definitely be back to this location again.

Subject: Serious Concern Regarding Delivery Driver Conduct
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent delivery order from Marco's Pizza.
When my order arrived, I only had a $100 bill available. I handed it to the delivery driver and explained that when he returned with my change, I intended to increase his tip. Instead of returning with my change, the driver immediately got into his vehicle and drove away.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the Marco's Pizza location is only about three blocks from my home. Returning with my change should have taken only a few minutes.
After waiting and realizing the driver was not coming back, I drove to the store myself and spoke with the manager, Lu. Lu handled the situation professionally and promptly provided my change, and I appreciate his efforts to resolve the matter.
However, the driver's actions were completely unacceptable. Taking a customer's money and leaving without returning the proper change demonstrates poor judgment and a lack of professionalism. Had the driver been honest and respectful, I was fully prepared to increase his tip when he returned. Instead, I was left feeling disrespected and forced to drive to the store to recover money that should have been returned in the first place.
Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in the service and will not be ordering from Marco's Pizza again. I hope upper management reviews this incident carefully, identifies the driver involved, and takes appropriate action to ensure other customers are not placed in a similar situation.
I would also like to recognize Lu for his professionalism and prompt assistance. He handled the matter appropriately and helped correct a situation that should never have occurred.
On top of that, my wife had to finish cooking the pizza it was half cooked. Just be careful with delivery, I am consider myself very generous but I am not slow.

First off, the location is very small—basically just a kitchen, a counter up front, and a little standing area. If you’re planning to sit down and eat, that’s not an option here. But that isn’t necessarily a bad thing, since the setup is clearly meant for takeout.
My experience was solid. I ordered over the phone, and my food was ready in about 20 minutes, which is pretty quick. They offer a good variety of pizza options—you can mix and match toppings or build your own. The pizza itself was fairly good: crispy on the outside with a soft interior.
I also want to mention the staff. They were very nice and polite during my visit. I’ve walked by a few times before and noticed some people leaving upset about how they were spoken to, but personally, I had no issues. Everything went smoothly, and I didn’t experience any problems or concerns. In fact, they technically messed up my order—but in a good way. They added extra toppings by mistake, which ended up being a positive surprise.
I don’t usually order pizza for takeout or delivery, but for someone like me who doesn’t do it often, I’d say this was on the better side. What typically turns me away from fast-food pizza is the sauce and cheese, and while this spot still had a bit of that same issue, it was much better than most chain places.
If you’re not making pizza at home from scratch or going to a dedicated brick-oven pizzeria, this is a pretty good option.
