Store was nice and neat clean. Smell so amazing that made me more hungry. Picked up couple of pies and they were so delicious. I am never going to crunch my pizza hunger from anywhere else other than Marco's now. See you soon

I decided to get Marcos after not eating it for so many years and ended up going to this restaurant. The new general manager, David, is amazing, very friendly, and very caring. He actually gave me my pizza for free as a thank you for coming back. I ended up getting a grilled chicken Florentine, and it was really, really good. One thing about customer service is recognition, and this is something I was completely not expecting. I'm definitely going to come back to this restaurant, and if the higher-ups can see this, you most definitely chose the right person to be your general manager. I was having a frustrating day and this bought a smile to my face. I've been in leadership before in fast food, and with the climate of the world and so many fast food restaurants having poor reviews, this was hands down a positive experience, and I will gladly spend my money with this restaurant. Thank you so much, David, for your kindness and your hospitality. You're doing a good deed for Marcos.

These guys are awesome. Harry and David did a tremendous job and all my pizzas. I have ordered often from other Marco's but I was visiting my mom in trinity then i pick up 3 pies and a dessert. I have noticed the amount of toppings. Amount of cheese. Amount of Garlic sauce on crust. Just the way I like it. Amazing amazing job guys. They asked me to scan the receipt to get a free cheesebread. The best pizza in town guys. Keep up the good work. It took me a little longer to leave the review but I could not stop myself to leave it. Thank you so much for being polite, friendly and serving such a great pizzas. I am definitely driving all the way from welsey chapel to stop at this Marco's only. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

After Reading all the bad reviews I have decided to visit and see if those reviews does even talk truth. I have visited.on 7th July 2026. It was BOGO tuesday. I was greeted very well by an Asian worker. Lobby was half full. Kitchen was full of staff working hard to make every one happy.
I have ordered 2 XL. Hawain chicken and Garden. Same guy who greeted me took my order. I hardly waited about 20 to 25 nibutes even though it was crazy busy. But these people nailed it. Just WOW came out of my mouth when i just saw the perfection of the pizza. Pesentation was rhe best. Taste was so good. I just want Marco's to have Oregano packs as well. I love oregano.
Anyways overall a great pizza experience. Reason for this detailed review is so that everyone knows what I had experienced.
Way to go guys. See you next tuesday. ❤️❤️❤️

I placed my order online to receive the 15% discount. I ordered the sausage magnifico and thought I was adding another sausage and I ended up only getting pepperoni and taking the sausage off. The pizza was delivered, and once I opened the box and realized it was not what I wanted or what I meant to order. I contacted The Store right away. Explained the situation and the gentleman agreed to make me another pizza, but I would need to pick it up. Which my husband had no problem doing. I really appreciate the excellent customer service that I received since I am a regular customer. But because I ordered the wrong thing, he was not obligated to replace it. But he did.

I walked in, being met at the counter by Sal. I ordered one pie. Sal informed me for only $6 I could get another 2-topping pie, an offer I happily accepted.
The food came out within the promised time and was delicious.
The seating area and bathroom were clean and organized.

I'll start off by saying it's not the greatest pizza, but it's good and made exactly the way I ordered it. I will say the service was great Sunny had my order ready right on time for pickup and the Tuesday online BOGO is an awesome deal. Definitely worth it!
