Marco’s is definitely pricier than Domino’s or Little Caesars, but the pizza is always delicious and the customer service is consistently friendly.

Recently, my husband picked up a pizza for us and, when he got home, the pizza unfortunately slid out of the box and onto the floor. The side of the box seemed a bit flimsy and couldn’t hold up against the weight of the pizza shifting. My husband is a true pizza lover and knows how to carry a pizza box, so I don’t think it was user error.

He called to explain the situation, and the staff was very kind — they offered to replace the pizza at no charge. The only downside was having to drive all the way back when we were already starving.

We’ll definitely keep ordering from Marco’s because the food and service are great, but I do think sturdier boxes would make the experience even better.

I really like the new Pizzoli. I have tried a couple different ones and are all good. I ordered 10 wings to go with it and got the smallest wing I have ever seen. It had to come from a baby chick. It was the size of my thumbnail. Not a good value for $14 chicken wings.

I love their pizzas, to me it's one of the best if not the best.
I like how fast is the service, how friendly are the people there.
I also like the sauces they give for free :)
