My husband and I moved to Jacksonville in May and this is the only pizza place we’ve ordered from and have ordered the same thing 6 times! The food is delicious, their prices are incredibly reasonable and you can literally customize your pizza down to how you want it cut (or not cut at all). In 2026 where else can you get 2 large pizzas, cheese bread and a 2-liter for $30 AFTER taxes and it tastes amazing? I’ll wait 😂😂😂

Dawn is AMAZING!!! Poor girl was alone on a Friday at noon. Y'all were crazy busy. Dawn was awesome in taking orders, making orders & getting them out. She maintained a friendly attitude despite one hateful customer. She is a true asset to Marcos Pizza...

But would be nice to get her some help.

I was helped promptly and courteously. And Marcos is really the best chain pizza around in my opinion. Staff was really nice, food took like maybe 15 minutes, and the kids loved it. I forgot to grab my soda, but that's cool we had some at the house. Thanks! Keep up the good work.

I’m here once a week sometimes twice. Food is always fresh and delicious. The staff, no matter whose working, is always so kind and professional. My husband says I should work part time to pay for my pizzas and I agree! Great, clean location. You won’t be disappointed!

I had a great experience at Marco’s! The service was amazing, and Kylie was especially wonderful. She was very kind, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone with such a positive attitude. Thank you, Kylie, for the excellent customer service! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Everytime we have Marcos it is great. Tonight I had a problem with my order. The team was kind enough to fix it efficiently. Then the door dasher accidentally gave me the wrong order. The employees called me before I could call them to tell me they were sending the correct order and to keep what I had. They did the same for the other person as well. I just have to say I feel like they went over and beyond. And their pizza is waaaaay better than the other pizza places. Give them a try they have a great deal on Medium 1 topping pizzas for $6.99. Our family loves MARCOS!
