Last three times I ordered the hot honey pepperoni they havent put the honey on it and I havent really said much but last time I decided to call and just let them know the honey wasnt going on the pies and the lady Melina? Got aggressive and said she remembers putting it on there. I ordered it because Ive had it many times and its so good and I can tell you now that pizza didnt have a drop of hot honey on it. Not to mention i pay a premium for it. I didnt want anything free just wanted to let her know and it turned into im right your wrong thing. Loved marcos and the pizza is so good when done the way it should be but probably not gonna take the chance on it anymore, going back to papa johns or dominos when pizza is needed sadly.

We order pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and extra cheese. The pepperoni has a good taste but the pizza was way too greasy for my liking. Not sure if having extra cheese on pizza had anything to do with making it greasy.
There are other things on menu and will give them another try.

EDIT - I'm having to change my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. Unfortunately this location just isn't as good as the other two in the area. The last four pizzas I've gotten here have been warm at best, the toppings have been skimpy and placed on the pizza haphazardly and the pizza's have seemed undercooked and barely warm. It's almost like their oven is set to a lower temp or something. Also, I usually get pizza on lunch and eat it immediately after picking it up, and it's still barely warm. It would be actually cold if I had to take it all the way home.
Oh, and I've requested my thin crust pizza to be cut in triangles three times. This is an option the website/app offer, and all three times they've failed to do it. PLEASE, pay attention to your orders!
Don't know what's up with this location. Marcos has always been my favorite "fast food" type pizza, and still is (compared to Dominos, Pizza Hut and Papa Johns), but again, this location really dropped off after their initial open. One of the employees said they got some new hires a couple weeks ago. Maybe that accounts for it a little? Don't know. Really disappointing.

ORIGINAL REVIEW - I really hope this location does well. I didn’t even know it was there, and I’m up and down Cloverdale Road all the time. Maybe a sign closer to the road?
Anyway, Marcos has better “chain” pizza than anyone else around BY FAR! A million times better than Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papa John’s etc.
Now that I know they’re there I will be a regular. Only got one pie so far and it was very good. They always have reasonable prices and coupons available, and this location has a drive through behind the building.
Again, I hope they do good and are there a long time.

I've been waiting for this location to open as my family and I are frequent visitors to Marcos. 1000% the best pizza chain by a country mile. Just one bite of a Marcos Pizza will make a puppy pull a freight train! It's that good. Other chains DOES NOT have the quality and amount of ingredients, the quality of the cook, etc.... I have never had a bad pie from Marcos. Their app coupons help for those on a budget!
Definitely try it if you havent and you will be converted!!!!!
